Description: well furnished country house, with a private street and automatic gate, surrounded by 14 hectares of land. It is located on a hill, with a panoramic view on the Monte Ruju Gulf. It's private location is suitable for those who love nature. The house, recently built, has all the peculiarities of rural houses (stazzi) and has a surrounding garden with every comfort.

160 m2 one-level house, it consists of:
- 1 double bedroom with private bathroom;
- 1 bedroom with French bed;
- 1 single bedroom; 
- 1 bathroom; 
- 1 workroom (p.e. to iron);
- 1 wide area, consisting of a dining room, a big kitchen, a living room and a studio with a double sofa bed. In the western side there is a furnished veranda to dine at sunset. In the eastern side there is a veranda with some amenities.

Amenities: safe, water tank, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, television set, videotape recorder, hi-fi stereo, hair-dryer, ironing board, iron, drying rack, barbecue,  car parking, outside shower. Animals allowed.
A person in charge will take care of the garden in the early morning hours, without disturbing the guests.

Minimum period: 1 week.

Prices:

* The difference in price is for the 3rd and 4th week.

Prices include gas, water and electrical consumptions, and bed linen and towels; in particular: bed linen, 3 towels for every guest, tableclothes, with a weekly change.

Local mandatory charges:
Final cleaning: €  100  

Security deposit: € 550. It will be returned at your departure, after the state of the house is verified.    

Arrivals and Departures;  On Saturday: arrivals after 15.00; departures before 10.00. If your schedule is different, other times can be considered, but should be agreed before. 
The keeper will wait for the guests from 15.00 to 19.00, please confirm in advance by phone. After 19,00 an extra Euro 80 will be applied (the extra must be given to the keeper). 

For the delivery/return of the keys, and for every need during the stay, the guest will be supported by the keeper.
