THE FLATS

The complex consists of two buildings, with 11 flats for guests, set on two levels.

Each flat, well furnished and comfortable, consists of:

• two bedrooms (double bedroom or twin-bedded with bunk beds);
• a living room with two single sofa beds;
• kitchen or kitchenette;
• bathroom with shower;
• two or three furnished terraces which can be used to dine. 

Sleeps: 6

Each flat is equipped with:
>Scavolini kitchen, stove and electric oven
>refrigerator/freezer
>pots, pans and household goods (new)
>bed linen and towels
>satellite TV
>mosquito nets and drying rack
>beach umbrellas and deck-chairs (near the pool)

Amenities: laundry area with r washing machines, iron, ironing board, water tank, barbecue (2 large and 6 medium sized), inside parking area, swimming pool, tennis court. No animals allowed.
