- Type of property: it''s an apartment on the ground floor, in a semi-detached small villa on 2 floors .
- Inside: nd: 1 double room, 1 twin-bedded room, living room with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower.
- Outside: porch, shared garden, direct access to the inlet.
| | | Notes: | | . in the basement, small apartment which is used by the owner | | . the creek of Perda Longa, the closest beach to the house, has been subject to some sea storms in the last few years. Consequently, the sand has disappeared and the beach is now covered with pebbles. This phenomenon does not concern, instead, Cala Antoniareddu, which is approximately 500 metres far from the houses of the residential complex of Perda Longa and can be reached by foot through a small country road. Local services: € 90 - Security deposit: € 300 to be paid on arrival - unless we inform you differently when booking - to cover any damages; the deposit will be refunded at departure, after the conditions of the house are verified.

- Garbage: It is the Tenant''s responsability the disposal of garbage
- Cylinder: purchase and replacement are on the tenant''s charge (The cost of the cylinder will be given back on the day of departure, on presentation of the cash voucher)
- Payment of local serivices: the payment of all local services as provided or booked (final cleaning, safety deposit, reception, bed linens and other extras, other entries) to the Rent Sardinia employee is peremptory on arrival. Only after the payment the Rent Sardinia employee will give the keys of the house and the invoices for each paid service.
- Kitchenette, refrigerator, kitchenware and oven: cleaning is on the tenant''s.
- Arrivals in delay from 20 to 22 (only by written permission of RentSardinia): penalty in Euro 25€
- Arrivals in delay from 22 to 23 (only by written permission of RentSardinia): penalty in Euro 40€
- Departures before time from 07.30 to 08.30 (only by written permission of RentSardinia): penalty in Euro 25€
- Arrivals and Departures on Sunday (only by written permission of RentSardinia): penalty in Euro 30€
- Garbage: It is the Tenant''s reponsability the disposal of garbage (or a 50 Euros penalty will be applied).

- Safety deposit: at least a part of the safety deposit has to be left cash, according to the following modes: for deposits up to 500 Eur, 100 Eur has to be left cash; for deposits higher than 500 euros, the 20% has to be left cash. The remaining has to left by credit card (it has to be a VISA or a MASTERCARD). As a guarantee, on your arrival we will ask you to fill in the form for the debit authorization in case of damage. As regards cheques, we can only accept Italian cheques.

- Kitchen facilities must be left clean by the tenants or a penalty will be charged 25€
